Wine / Beverage Cooler Warranty
SOLLEVARE WINE / BEVERAGE COOLER WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranty Terms:
Per this warranty guarantee of Sollevare Built-In Wine / Beverage Coolers, during the first 1 year of new ownership from the retail purchase date, any components of this appliance found to be defective due to materials or workmanship will be replaced at the Sollevare's discretion, at no charge to the original purchasing customer. The purchasing customer will be responsible for any costs associated to transportation and/or removal if needed.
Our serial numbers and information may be located on the packaging your products, so please make sure to inspect all packaging on arrival. In the event of a return please be sure to store away your box adequately for future use.
Sollevare Warranty Exclusions:
The Sollevare warranty on Wine cooler / Beverage Cooler products will not apply if damage is caused by any of the following:
- Power failure
- Damage as a result of transit or when moving the appliance
- Improper installation or power supply. Examples include low voltage, negligent installation of household wiring, bad household wiring, or bad / improper fuses
- At fault accidents on the customer’s end, intentional alterations of the unit, misuse or of the appliance such as using non-approved or self-made accessories, inadequate air circulation from bad or negligent installation / use, or abnormal operating conditions (such as extreme temperatures)
- Using these appliances in commercial or industrial environments
- Natural disasters or acts of god including: Fire, Water Damage, Hurricanes, Floods, etc.
- Political or crime based including: Theft, War, Riot, Hostility
- Use of force or damage caused by external sources
- Partially or completely dismantled appliances
Blemished and/or re-manufactured appliances by Sollevare have a 120-day warranty
Obtaining Service for Sollevare products:
Currently some Sollevare products are restricted from in-home warranty services including the following categories:
- Wine Coolers
- Beverage Coolers
- Table Top appliances
- Non-Built In Appliances and/or Ventilation
When making a warranty / service claim (if applicable), please have ready the original bill of purchase with purchase date available. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal or transportation costs. Replacement parts and/or units will be new, re-manufactured or refurbished and is subject to the manufacturer's discretion.
